Felix Velarde is a serial digital pioneer who started the first of six agencies in 1994. After three years as an agency group CEO, he became the UK lead for Mei Lin Fung and Vint Cerf’s People-Centered Internet coalition.

In 2016, he founded the 2Y3X program which now reaches Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. In 2021, the manual for the program, Scale at Speed: How to Triple the Size of Your Business and Build a Superstar Team, was published worldwide by Hachette.

AVA completed its acquisition of Atlanta-based TopRight Partners. TopRight Partners has been recognized as Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for the fourth consecutive year. TopRight, formerly chaired by Dave Sutton and led by former long-time Apple executive Bill Fasig, serves government and business-to-business clients, as well as select non-profit organizations, all of whom operate in complex markets. Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
AVA proudly announced it had secured Jo Royce as the Group's Chief Operating Officer, in another impressive hire for the business setting out to redefine how digital marketing acquisitions firms operate. Along with Uhuru Network's Peter Lang, The Foundry's Tom Shipley, and "Scale at Speed" author Felix Velarde, AVA is defined by its heavyweight leadership.
AVA recently welcomed Felix Velarde as the third partner and Chief Strategy Officer to help guide the future direction of the unique digital-agency anti-holding company. Defined by the overall quality of its talent, AVA is a new model aggregator of digital marketing agencies that is set to launch its first agency group in May.
